CBBH Photo Challenge: Simple Pleasures

The theme for this month’s challenge is “simple pleasures”. I chose food because it gives me pleasure to eat good food and to cook. I love spending time with family and friends, sharing good food and good conversation. It’s good for the soul.

Since I have a sweet tooth, I chose this chocolate and banana brioche with cafe au lait from an excellent bakery in Montreal. I have great memories of that lovely city and time spent with good friends.

My recommendations for this month are:

Expatlogue. Life without borders… (written by Aisha Ashraf, a British expat, mum and writer living in Canada)

The Titleless Blog, the hilarious account of life in Chile by and American expat.

Hi, I'm Ana. I'm originally from Argentina but I'm currently living in Dallas (USA) with my British husband. I'd like to share my experiences as an expat and as a traveller.

  1. That looks incredible! I’m generally not a huge fan of banana-flavored desserts and such (although I do love banana bread), but I do believe I could make an exception in this case! I like the bottle the water came in too. Very cool.
